Canton, Ohio – The red brick building at 1359 Market Ave N, known for decades as Cooper & Associates has been purchased by local “Little Caesar’s” franchisee Curt J. Shepherd.
Shepherd follows his father Curtis S. Shepherd as President of Northeastern Food Services. They employ over 200 in Canton, Akron, Ashland & Cleveland.
Pioneering numerous “Little Caesar’s” initiatives Northeastern Food Services was named 2015 President’s Franchisee of the Year, the most prestigious award given by the Illich family.
The 2,400 sq.ft. office building has asphalt parking for 27. It will be used as administrative offices. The building features a full 2,400 sq.ft. lower level for file storage. Shepherd was represented by Spencer Hartung of Putman Properties, Inc. Putman Properties also was the listing broker. It was most recently leased to Partners Environmental by owners/sellers Jerry Geib and Bryan Ashman.
Both Shepherd and his wife Alexis are Central Catholic grads. They are active in the community through the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Committee, National Kidney Foundation, The Epilepsy Association, The Love Kitchen and the STACC Golf outing.
