Lincoln Way Building bought by Perry Resident

Canton, Ohio - The former Alter, Build, and Modify, ABM Supply building sold Friday, June 8, 2018. It is located at the corner of Lincoln Way East and Lennox in Perry Township, Canton, Ohio.

The 22,156 sq.ft., on 1.04 acres, multi-tenant brick building was purchased by Perry Township businessman Greg Smith. Smith, owns Mathias Diversified, Inc., has plans to renovate the exterior as well as interior and to occupy part of the building.

Other existing long-time tenants are Copy Cat Printing, Perry Auto Repair and American Discount Tire. Traffic count is over 25,000 vehicles per day along Lincoln Way East in Perry Township.

Built in 1928, this structure for decades housed ABM Supply a forerunner to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. that carried all sorts of construction supplies. After ABM was put out of business by the big boxes, it was home to Personal Touch Catering.

The Seller Knollfield, Inc. was represented by Wick Hartung, Co-owner & Broker of Putman Properties, Inc. The Buyer was represented by Kelly Durbin of DeHoff Realty.
